Perfume Engraving
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our engraving service, all sales are final once an order is placed. We do not offer returns or refunds on engraved items, as each piece is uniquely created to your specifications.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the painting process will have begun, and no cancellations or refunds will be possible.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your engraved bottle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by offering a replacement or, in rare cases, a refund, depending on the situation.
